Working with healthcare practices and organizations to transform the wellness of patient and employee populations and consulting one-on-one with individuals, we combine the three areas that dramatically affect our sense of self—how we feel, how we show up, and how we experience our surroundings. Through these services we offer a holistic, integrated, transformative experience for clients.
As a faith leader, social worker, non-profit executive, personal trainer, and lifelong entrepreneur, Sanctuary’s founder approaches integrated wellness from a spiritual, physical, and experiential perspective. She combined what she knows academically and what she has experienced in practice to create Sanctuary for organizations committed to the health and well-being of their patients, employees, and women who want to look their best, feel their best, and show up in the best way possible for their loved ones, professions, and communities.
