My entire career has been devoted to well-being, spanning health and wellness as fitness trainer, pastoral leadership, social work, and community development—and I know firsthand (and the data proves) that environment is one of the greatest social determinants of health.
I started SanctuaryIAM to help women experience wholeness in every dimension of their lives. What began as an integrative wellness company has naturally evolved into wellness interior design, where I get to bring all that I am as a holistic practitioner—mind, body, spirit, and space—into one cohesive expression.
My love of travel and culture continually inspires my work. I’m drawn to textures, colors, and stories from around the world, and I love infusing that global inspiration into spaces that feel deeply personal and restorative.
Doing this work brings my soul joy, and I’d be honored to share some of that joy with you!
