Designed for a first-time homebuyer and single mom, this petite retreat reimagines a small family room into a multifunctional space for both lounging and dining. With a modest budget and no existing dining area, we created a pulled-together environment where she and her girls can unwind, gather, and feel at home. Thoughtful planning and intentional design turned limited square footage into a space that supports everyday living with ease and warmth.
